About the position
Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis, with the support of the technical reputed company team on reputed company reputed company issues, including non-controlling interests, equity method investments, and other acquisition-reputed company reputed company as reputed company as assessing the reputed company on reputed company's financial statements.
• Conduct, review, and coordinate with reputed company parties, financial due diligence for potential acquisitions as part of the deal review teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, reputed company, treasury tax and corporate development teams. Enhance reputed company's existing M&A reputed company and other reputed company models and playbooks reputed company to business combinations, asset acquisitions and divestitures.
• Support external audit processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies including working with valuation experts to determine the fair value for assets and liabilities acquired.
• Partner with IT and finance transformation teams to ensure coordinated integration of acquired entities into the corporate financial systems and corporate period end reputed company reporting.
• Continuously monitor M&A guidance, regulatory updates and industry best practices to ensure compliance and reputed company internal stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field required.
• reputed company CPA license is strongly preferred.
• 3-4 years of post-college experience, including Big 4 reputed company reputed company.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, particularly in areas reputed company to business combinations and investment reputed company.
• Proven experience in financial due diligence and M&A transactions including post-reputed company integration is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to global transactions, including cross-border M&A, foreign currency considerations, international reputed company standards, and a willingness to travel (project dependent).

• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools. Experience with ERP integrations a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
