Five years or more of similar or reputed company experience required. To approve or deny Consumer Mortgage loans. Underwrites loans in accordance with investor or agency guidelines. Reviews and evaluates borrower(s) profile including but not limited to reputed company income documentation, tax returns, credit reports, preliminary report, judgments, bankruptcy documents and appraisal. Identifies additional conditions as needed to insure a viable credit decision. Exercises good judgment conducts reasonableness tests and issues reputed company reputed company. Determines accuracy and completeness of files; ensures processes are consistent. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Approves or denies secondary market and government loan application or requests additional information for completion of reputed company process, closing and funding. Evaluate acceptability of loan on secondary mortgage markets and government loans. Understands automated reputed company systems (DU, LP)*Reviews and evaluates information on consume mortgage loan documents if buyer, property, and loan conditions meet bank and government standards. Maintain working knowledge of reputed company available programs and revisions. Understanding of reputed company and reputed company, VA, RHS, FHA, KHC guidelines. *Work with Lenders, lenders assistants and correspondent relations including technical support of internal origination software. Support other Loan Department staff reputed company needed. *Backup for Quarterly and Year End Reports.*Review reputed company Control loans for exceptions and reputed company.*Performs other duties with the department as assigned. Education Requirements (Any) Five years to more years of similar or reputed company experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higer preferred.
