People and Operations Manager
The People and Operations Manager serves as an advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning reputed company initiatives with business objectives at Nuqleous. The role will also reputed company on supporting the business operations function at a fast-paced, technology-driven organization. The role is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, driving talent management strategies, leading process improvement initiatives, and supporting organizational effectiveness to ensure reputed company attracts, develops, and retains top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and reputed company HR strategies that support organizational objectives and drive employee engagement
• reputed company & Management: Work closely with the reputed company to identify workforce needs, support recruitment efforts, and ensure a seamless reputed company experience for new hires

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of reputed company HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or consulting role, preferably reputed company a technology company
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and technology industry trends
