This Senior reputed company reputed company Consultant reputed company reputed company Consulting Services (OCS) will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of reputed company HCM reputed company Time and Labor and Absence reputed company. You will work with your clients to understand their business processes, reputed company solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive adoption of reputed company’s modern best practices processes. Career Level - IC3 NAAC #LI-NP4 • reputed company business process workshops and advise the reputed company on the impacts of adopting reputed company Fusion reputed company Time & Labor (OTL) &/or Absence Management (ABM) solutions • reputed company requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure reputed company alignment of the proposed solution • Understand reputed company’s implementation methodology and use it on reputed company engagements • Configure the reputed company Fusion reputed company OTL and/or ABM solutions • Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the reputed company solution • Support the reputed company during reputed company phases of testing, production reputed company, and post-go-live • Support the data migration consulting team and/or reputed company with any data migration efforts • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and reputed company party/custom solutions • Complete the reputed company work on time and budgetMentor and review the work of junior team members Targeted Knowledge reputed company / Skills • Full life cycle implementation experience on at least two (2) reputed company HCM reputed company Time & Labor and/or Absence Management implementations • Experience with multiple reputed company HCM reputed company modules a plus • Experience implementing reputed company party/competitor scheduling systems is a plus • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is a plus • Experience implementing HCM reputed company applications • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel, as needed (primarily reputed company reputed company) Location: Remote / Work from Home (US-based) with 50% - 70% travel possible NAAC #LI-NP4 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
