Order Management Coordinator – E-commerce Support
Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Coordinator to join our dynamic E-commerce Support team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination between logistics, customer service, and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. As the Order Management Coordinator, you will monitor and manage the end-to-end order cycle, addressing issues promptly and maintaining accurate records across all systems.
Key Responsibilities
• *
Process and manage daily orders across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• *
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• *
Handle order status updates, returns, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy.
• *
Liaise with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure stock availability and order fulfillment.
• *
Resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• *
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping information.
• *
Generate order and fulfillment reports for internal use and performance tracking.
• *
Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address order-related concerns.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• *
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management.
• *
Knowledge of e-commerce portals like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• *
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• *
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• *
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience
• *
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in order management, e-commerce operations, or back-office coordination.
• *
Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce platforms will be highly preferred.

Familiarity with ERP or order tracking systems is an added advantage.
• Working Hours
• *
Monday to Friday
• *
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST
• *
Occasional weekend support based on order volume or campaigns (with prior notice).
