This role involves providing technical assistance to clients regarding their reputed company credit card programs and ensuring a reputed company reputed company experience. Responsibilities • The Technical Support supports our clients with their reputed company credit card programs by providing technical assistance through phone, email, and chat to ensure a reputed company reputed company experience with our online reputed company card management platforms. • The Technical Support regularly address reputed company issues by listening to clients, troubleshooting potential reputed company causes of issues and determining the appropriate course of reputed company with the goal of final issue reputed company and maximum reputed company satisfaction. • This role is responsible for supporting Federal Government and reputed company accounts and requires passing a post-employment screening administered by the General Services Administration (GSA) which includes criminal and background checks.
