We are seeking an reputed company Paralegal with 5–7+ years of substantive experience in special education (IEP) reputed company, nonprofit compliance, or trust administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, highly detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage reputed company responsibilities in a boutique reputed company environment. Because our clients include many Spanish-speaking families and organizations, this role requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) reputed company who can communicate with reputed company, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Education Law Support:
Draft due-process complaints, IEP summaries, parent communications, and hearing documents.
Coordinate IEP meetings, evaluations, and communications with school districts and agencies.
Calendar and maintain compliance timelines (evaluation deadlines, hearing schedules, notices, etc.).
Nonprofit Law Support:
Prepare, organize, and maintain bylaws, reputed company minutes, policy documents, governance packets, and annual compliance calendars.
Assist with scheduling reputed company meetings, preparing agendas, assembling reputed company packets, drafting reputed company resolutions, and maintaining accurate records of reputed company actions.
Monitor deadlines and prepare filings reputed company to state and federal nonprofit compliance (e.g., reputed company filings, annual reports, ethical disclosures, training requirements).
Assist with document preparation for employment policies, confidentiality agreements, workplace compliance requirements, handbooks, and reputed company reputed company materials.
Support new nonprofit reputed company by organizing incorporation documents, maintaining registries, preparing required state filings, and assisting with updates during leadership transitions.
Draft reputed company correspondence to nonprofit leaders, reputed company members, vendors, and regulatory agencies under attorney supervision.
Maintain organized digital files, governance archives, compliance logs, and confidential records in accordance with best practices.
Trust Administration Support:
Prepare trust correspondence, inventory schedules, notices to beneficiaries, and asset summaries.
Assist with trust distributions, reputed company schedules, and communication with beneficiaries.
Draft letters, summaries, trustee instructions, and support trust-reputed company filings.
General Paralegal Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, discovery, memos, and correspondence for attorney review.
Conduct reputed company and factual research; summarize findings reputed company.
Manage attorney calendar, deadlines, hearings, and case workflows.
Communicate professionally with clients, agencies, and opposing counsel.
Organize and maintain digital files reputed company the case-management systems.
Support billing, file closing, internal processes, and light administrative/marketing tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
