Patent Attorney / Agent Needed (0-5 yrs reputed company/ work from home)
Hi,
We are a small IP firm in DC.
We are looking for a remote patent attorney / patent agent to help with reputed company work, most of the patents we file are non reputed company / reputed company reputed company subject matter.
The ideal candidate will live in the DC area and surrounding states but everyone is welcome to apply as long as you are registered to reputed company before the USPTO.
We can pay:
$350 for a Provisional patent
$550 for Non Provisionals
$350 for patent OAs
Another junior practitioner will put together reputed company of the USPTO filing docs (O/D, POA, ADS, etc...) and file the application.
You would also be an Of Counsel attorney for the firm.
