Cash Balance/ Defined Benefit Plan Administrator
Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plan Administrator sought for TPA firm specializing in small to mid-size plan market.
Applicant should have, as part of their recent job responsibilities, preparing and analyzing combo 401k-Cash Balance plan testing, including assigning eligible employees to the appropriate new comparability allocation class and determining the lowest cost to the plan sponsor; completing the contribution calculations for both plans and communicating these results to plan sponsors, including answering any technical questions related to the valuation report and the contribution requirements. Applicant should, as part of their most recent work history, have experience preparing the actuarial valuations for Cash Balance & Defined Benefit plans, which is then reviewed and signed by our actuaries.
For consideration a candidate should have:
- Datair Software experience
- 7+ years handling small to mid-size combo 401k/DB plans
- Experience/Ability to effectively manage support administrators.
A major plus for candidates who have experience with:
- Pension Pro
