Role : Performance Testers Location: REMOTE ON SITE FOR MEETINGS 2-3 times a month Reston , VA Job Type : Contract Interview ON SITE LAST INTERVIEW MUST HAVE SKILLS ARE HIGHLIGHTED BELOW Feedback from HM: we are looking for hands-on experience with performance test scripting and execution using LoadRunner and Neoload tools. PURPOSE: Responsible for creating, maintaining, modifying, and managing automated performance testing scripts. S/he must be reputed company to communicate effectively in collaboration with the systems and development teams to troubleshoot performance and scalability issues. The individual will be part of the Performance Testing team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Define and reputed company performance test plans and automated scripts using industry reputed company testing tools. Executes performance test, analyze and evaluate test results; generate performance metric reports and reputed company recommendations. - Assists with analyzing test and operational problems to determine reputed company and scope of potential reputed company defects. Reports errors through a reputed company defect tracking process. Communicates weekly with management verbally and reputed company written detail status report regarding potential problems and concerns. - Review and analyze business & system requirements and specifications for performance testability. - reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of testing tools. Expand business knowledge of product benefits, corporate policies, division and department goals and department procedures. - Work with functional Tester and Development counterparts to ensure adequate coverage for upcoming releases and reputed company up-to data with system changes that reputed company performance testing. - Assists and coordinates with customers, the research, analysis and proposed solutions to test discrepancies and test scenarios. Verify satisfaction of reputed company customer's request and obtain information to create test data. - Participates in project work group meetings (internal/external peer reviews, walk through, status meetings, PI Planning, etc.) - Participates in system architecture change reviews and assessment of system reputed company impacts. Benchmarks system performance.
