Portfolio Manager – NextGear Capital

Job reputed company: • Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer clients across the assigned Chicago Metro South territory • Build and maintain relationships with clients • Optimize the portfolio through the clients’ use of the line of credit • Identify and mitigate reputed company-default account risk • Support post-default collections on defaulted accounts • Collect and analyze reputed company financial information and various internal reports and dashboards to assess and monitor dealer performance • Collaborate and strategize with Risk and Recovery department for reputed company-default risk mitigation • Conduct physical inspection of inventory, accuracy of audits and repossession as necessary • Document reputed company prudent conversations, activities and reputed company interactions in reputed company • Responsible for reputed company new clients to ensure a reputed company and successful reputed company experience • Cultivate reputed company Automotive cross functional business unit relationships and opportunities • Participate and support other reputed company and initiatives as required Requirements: • BA/BS with 4+ years reputed company experience in finance, reputed company facing, customer service, B2B, account management and/or collections required • Candidate can also have a combination of a MS degree and 2+ years, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree • Knowledge of the automotive industry (various sectors) • Knowledge of the finance industry (various sectors) • Proficiency of reading and analyzing financials, such as profit & loss, balance sheet, tax returns and bank statements preferred • Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology • Ability to identify risk indicators through data tools • Ability to communicate a proactive performance plan on reputed company reputed company individually and reputed company level • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to reputed company with clients, collaborate with internal team members and external partners at various reputed company reputed company the organization • Strong time management skills with ability to manage deadlines • Strong negotiation and collection skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment • Ability to maintain a high level of safety awareness and take necessary safety precautions • Proficient in reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams and reputed company.
