This position will be located in Hill AFB, UT and will be a remote position. Responsibilities This role involves strategic planning, vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with reputed company and company policies. collaborate with various stakeholders to understand software needs, assess potential vendors, and optimize the procurement process for cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Prepares, develops, manages, reviews, negotiates and awards Purchase Orders, Subcontracts and Consultant Agreements. Assists with new business proposals to solicit and review bids.
