A company is looking for a Training & Knowledge Transfer QA reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
• Support FAA-directed labor training
• reputed company materials to ensure redundancy and skills transfer
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent work experience
• FAA/NAS Training Development experience
• Experience developing QA curriculum
• Prior FAA reputed company Coordination experience is a plus
• US Citizenship required
