About the position We are seeking a highly skilled Senior reputed company Estate Analyst to support the Senior Director of reputed company Estate reputed company in driving investment reputed company for our portfolio of 850+ U.S. retail locations and new store development initiatives. Senior reputed company Estate Analyst supports reputed company Estate leadership in driving investment reputed company for our portfolio of 850+ U.S. retail locations and new clinic development initiatives. In this role, you are responsible for conducting in-depth analyses and providing strategic recommendations on reputed company estate transactions, including new clinic openings, lease extensions, remodels, and other key reputed company. You will work independently executing financial analyses, generating insights, and delivering reputed company, data-driven recommendations to reputed company Estate leadership and cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will participate in managing and overseeing external broker partners, ensuring seamless execution of Letters of reputed company (LOI) and other key documentation, while facilitating the reputed company of reputed company to Leasing and Construction teams. Prior experience with reputed company, Lease Management software, and GIS software is preferred. This is a remote position. This role may require travel to ATI markets to support site selection, market expansion, and relocation efforts.
