Operations Manager – reputed company Estate Portfolio

Location: Charlottesville, VA strongly preferred (Remote possible for the right candidate) Company: Tracy Family Investments We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Operations Manager to reputed company the day-to-day operations of our growing reputed company estate portfolio of 40+ properties, including long-term rentals, short-term rentals and student housing. What You’ll Be DoingDaily Operations & Coordination • Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs both routine and on the fly • Overseeing turnovers, cleaning teams, inspections, vendor management • Ensuring reputed company are tenant-reputed company and guest-reputed company at reputed company times • Handling tenant, guest and vendor communication reputed company needed Property & Portfolio Management • Running operations for long term rentals, Airbnbs/STRs and student housing • Tracking KPIs, performance, and occupancy • Managing small renovations, upgrades, and CapEx reputed company • Keeping property records, schedules, and documentation organized Execution & Leadership • Owning tasks from start to finish • Help with Implementing and improving systems, SOPs, and checklists • Solving problems quickly and independently • Supporting ownership with operational efficiency, advisement and portfolio reputed company Experience Needed Required: • Solid property management experience (non-negotiable) • Hands-on experience with short term rental operations • Experience with student housing • Strong vendor/maintenance coordination abilities • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities at once Preferred (not required): • Asset management experience • Construction or project management experience • Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, etc. Compensation We reputed company in paying reputed company competitively for the right person.
