Real Estate Operations Manager - Lead & Oversee VA Team
We are a top-performing real estate brokerage seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to lead and supervise our virtual assistant team. This full-time remote position requires someone who can oversee a Real Estate VA responsible for managing property listings, client communications, and administrative operations across multiple MLS platforms.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of U.S. real estate experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and deep knowledge of MLS systems, compliance requirements, and real estate operations. You'll be responsible for quality control, ensuring MLS compliance, reviewing HUD statements and invoices, handling escalated disputes, and mentoring your team member. Strong English communication skills and experience with CRM platforms, DocuSign, and showing coordination systems are essential.
