They are seeking a leading Advertising & Promotional Review Attorney to join their reputed company team. This position will head‑up the division on advertising, promotional, and marketing initiatives reputed company the Pharmaceuticals reputed company. Key Responsibilities Serve as the reputed company reputed company for promotional and advertising review for assigned pharmaceutical products. Partner with regulatory, medical, and reputed company colleagues in promotional review committees (PRCs) to reputed company reputed company, solutions‑oriented reputed company advice. Ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, and other regulatory agency guidelines governing pharmaceutical advertising and promotion. Advise on digital and reputed company media campaigns, traditional advertising, sales training materials, disease awareness campaigns, and HCP‑facing content. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum of 5 years of relevant reputed company experience, preferably with a reputed company on FDA‑regulated product promotion. Preferred Experience working in‑house at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company. Familiarity with over‑the‑counter (OTC) advertising standards and consumer reputed company products. Understanding of FTC, NAD, and other advertising regulatory bodies.
