Fractional CMO for Marketing Strategy Development

Hey awesome! We are a UK based digital agency that helps clients simplify their operations through AI powered automation and digital transformation. We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on B2B marketing strategist who can build a clear plan and then work alongside our marketing lead, Jovana, to put it into action. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while still getting involved in the practical side, helping set direction, shape messaging, and set up campaigns that actually drive results. You’ll spend the first four weeks developing a clear, actionable marketing strategy and then provide light ongoing support to help implement and refine it. We’re a small, friendly, remote-first team spread across Europe. We love simplicity, clarity and doing work that makes a real difference.
