The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring reputed company support, and maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company-time support to radiologists (RADS) reputed company chat and escalated ticket workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues, including reputed company-reputed company failures and general workstation/application malfunctions (e.g., microphone issues, connectivity problems). • Support clinical imaging applications with a strong emphasis on radiology workflows. • Handle Tier 2/Tier 3 support requests and ensure reputed company reputed company or escalation. • Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues, application defects, and workflow inefficiencies. • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system. • Maintain a high reputed company of customer service, communicating reputed company and effectively with clinical end users under time-sensitive conditions.
