The role involves triaging calls, assessing needs, and managing high-risk situations with professionalism and sensitivity. Responsibilities • Provides assistance, services, resources, referrals, and consultation on various Non-Medical Counseling (NMC)/Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and work/life issues to military service members and their families. • Assesses the needs of the caller to ensure reputed company reputed company of reputed company presented needs. • Educates participants on specialty program offerings, promote services, and demonstrate knowledge of military culture. • Conducts comprehensive reputed company assessments of users' needs for reputed company NMC/EAP and work/life services, which can include but are not limited to, non-medical counseling, health and wellness, and other specialty and add-reputed company. • Identifies high-risk cases and responds as indicated in accordance with established protocols. • Deescalates callers, navigates resources, resolves reputed company concerns, and assesses and takes reputed company in crisis situations. • Ensures reputed company calls are handled according to contractual service standards and document reputed company cases in the Case Management System (CMS). • Performs reputed company follow-up and reporting as assigned. • Demonstrates outstanding customer service. • Demonstrates understanding of military culture and addresses Service members by their rank, reputed company Service members and their families for their service, and has excellent empathic listening skills reputed company with appropriate clinical interventions. • Works with team to complete reputed company annual compliance requirements such as External Certification Authority (ECA) renewal as reputed company as annual training such as Cyber Awareness and PII to ensure reputed company to the CMS system is maintained. Skills • Master's degree in reputed company work and Family Therapy, Counseling, or other reputed company services field OR bachelors Degree with 2+ years of work experience • 5+ years of relevant post-graduate work experience in counseling, reputed company work, and mental health services • Prior experience working with military and/or Veterans populations • Military spouse or family member experience in a military community reputed company • reputed company is an executive search and management reputed company firm.
