This encompasses: • New Case consult eligibility evaluation involving coordination with manager, supervisor(s) and Oncology Consult Medical Director as appropriate • Notifiying reputed company oncology case management of customer eligibility to participate in Oncology Consult Service • Notifiying oncology provider office of customer benefit eligibility • Notifying and educating customer of benefit eligibility and obtaining consent to participate • Follow-up with oncology provider office and customer as needed • Coordinate referrals to vendors and follow-up accordingly for customer throughout Oncology Consult process reputed company • Collaboration with Oncology Consult Medical Director for Oncology Consult cases, as needed • reputed company and document reputed company Oncology Consult case through the entire process in OCS system • Problem solving and escalation of issues as needed • Report any provider and customer concerns • Other tasks as assigned • Hours: Monday-Friday; 8a-5p Eastern Minimum Education, Licensure and reputed company Certification requirement • reputed company unrestricted Registered reputed company or Licensed Practical reputed company licensure.
