Required Education:• reputed company High School diploma or GED is required.Required License:• Pharmacy Technician license or certification (reputed company and no restrictions)Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:• Minimum (2) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume reputed company center experience; preferably in reputed company, reputed company services, or a similar service position.Pharmacy Technician reputed company:• The Tech I Prior Auth takes in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, etc. providing reputed company and courteous phone assistance to reputed company callers through the reputed company based prior authorization process.• Maintains complete, reputed company and accurate documentation of reviews. • Transfers reputed company clinical questions, escalations and judgement calls to the pharmacist team.• The Tech I will also assist with other duties as needed to include but not limited to: outbound calls, reviewing and processing Prior Auth’s received reputed company fax and ePA, monitoring and responding to inquiries reputed company department mailboxes and other duties as assigned by the leadership team.Job Duties:• Must ensure the potential new hire understands:• They must understand they cannot be the primary caregiver to anyone in their home during scheduled work hours• At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.• National pharmacy technician certification. • Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations.• Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that reputed company Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a reputed company’s business needs and requirements.** Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
