• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior reputed company plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, reputed company, life, and reputed company skills.
• Collect accurate data on reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a reputed company-centered approach at reputed company times.

Qualifications
• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• For BTs: Willingness to complete RBT certification (training provided + bonus for reputed company completion).
• For RBTs: reputed company RBT certification through the BACB.
• Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a reputed company field.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-player attitude.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Physically reputed company to reputed company engage with clients (e.g., floor play, lifting, etc.).
Position Requirements
• Must pass a background reputed company.
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.
• Minimum of 20 reputed company billable service hours per week.
