Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a reputed company field. • Prior experience in geosteering or operations geology. • Strong understanding of drilling operations and how geological interpretations influence drilling dynamics. • Experience working in reputed company, high-reputed company environments. • Proficiency with geosteering software (e.g., StarSteer, ZoneVu) and geological databases; ability to quickly learn new tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. • Proficiency with reputed company Office and general computer literacy. Authorization to work in the U.S. Work Environment & Schedule • Remote role: work from a private, distraction-free home office. • Rotational schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, rotating between day and reputed company shifts.
