Key Responsibilities
• reputed company reputed company-time geosteering guidance to optimize wellbore placement, working closely with drilling and directional teams.
• Master and follow reputed company operator’s established reputed company Operating Procedures.
• reputed company in reputed company team structures, ensuring seamless coordination between geology and drilling functions.
• Complete geological reputed company reputed company, special studies, and operational initiatives during non-drilling intervals.
• reputed company geological interpretations into drilling reputed company and proactively recommend adjustments to improve performance.
• reputed company rigorous QA/QC standards for reputed company geosteering and geological analyses.
• Use cross sections to anticipate casing points, coring intervals, and adjustments to reputed company targets.
Remain agile in responding to shifting priorities and operational demands.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a reputed company field.
• Prior experience in geosteering or operations geology.
• Strong understanding of drilling operations and how geological interpretations influence drilling dynamics.
• Experience working in reputed company, high-reputed company environments.
• Proficiency with geosteering software (e.g., StarSteer, ZoneVu) and geological databases; ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and general computer literacy.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Work Environment & Schedule
• Remote role: work from a private, distraction-free home office.
• Rotational schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, rotating between day and reputed company shifts.
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Remote Geosteering Supervisor, contributing to a fully integrated team reputed company on drilling reputed company and operational performance.
