Retention Manager (Veterinary-reputed company)

The Retention Manager for reputed company Insurance Solutions (PIS) is responsible for supervising the operations and staff that handles retention of AVMA PIS policies. They are responsible for managing a multi-channel Property and Casualty renewal sales staff towards the achievement of monthly and annual retention goals. Maximizes sales and profitability while training and developing the renewal sales team. This role has an anticipated start date of March 2026.
