Hubspot RevOps Manager
PROJECT OVERVIEW
We need an experienced HubSpot specialist to provide ongoing RevOps support for our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll handle day-to-day HubSpot administration and RevOps support across our revenue teams. This is hands-on work—configuring workflows, building reports, optimizing processes, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You'll work directly with our Sales, CS, and Marketing teams to keep things running smoothly.
SCOPE OF WORK
HubSpot Administration & Support
- Maintain HubSpot across Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub
- Configure workflows, automations, and integrations as needed
- Build custom properties, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
- Keep data clean and ensure CRM hygiene
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing processes
Sales Team Support
- Maintain sales pipeline reports and forecasting dashboards
- Configure sales automation and sequences
- Support sales process improvements and documentation
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests
Customer Success Support
- Maintain customer health scoring and lifecycle workflows
- Configure ticketing and case management in Service Hub
- Build CS dashboards and reports
- Support renewal and expansion tracking
Marketing Support
- Maintain marketing automation workflows and campaigns
- Update forms, landing pages, and email templates
- Build campaign performance reports
- Support lead routing and scoring optimization
Ongoing Optimization
- Identify quick wins and process improvements
- Keep documentation updated
- Provide recommendations for efficiency gains
- Stay on top of HubSpot updates and new features
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub)
- HubSpot certifications - at least 2 of the following: Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub
- Experience working as a contractor/freelancer (we need someone comfortable working independently)
- Track record supporting multiple teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) simultaneously
- Strong HubSpot workflow, automation, and reporting skills
Technical Must-Haves
- Expert with HubSpot configuration (workflows, properties, pipelines, custom reports)
- Experience with HubSpot integrations and APIs
- Comfortable with data cleanup and CRM hygiene
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Contractor Skills
- Self-directed and proactive—you don't need hand-holding
- Excellent written communication (Slack, email, documentation)
- Comfortable with async communication and remote collaboration
- Quick learner who can pick up our existing setup fast
- Available for occasional video calls during US business hours
Nice to Have
- B2B SaaS experience
- Familiarity with other tools in the RevOps stack (Outreach, Gong, ChurnZero, etc.)
- SQL or data analysis experience
- Previous experience stepping into an existing HubSpot instance
