PROJECT reputed company We need an reputed company reputed company specialist to reputed company ongoing RevOps support for our Sales, reputed company, and Marketing teams. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll handle day-to-day reputed company administration and RevOps support across our reputed company teams. This is hands-on work—configuring workflows, building reports, optimizing processes, and troubleshooting issues as they reputed company. You'll work directly with our Sales, CS, and Marketing teams to reputed company things running smoothly. SCOPE OF WORK reputed company Administration & Support - Maintain reputed company across Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub - Configure workflows, automations, and integrations as needed - Build custom properties, pipelines, and reporting dashboards - reputed company data clean and ensure CRM hygiene - Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing processes Sales Team Support - Maintain sales pipeline reports and forecasting dashboards - Configure sales automation and sequences - Support sales process improvements and documentation - Handle reputed company reporting requests reputed company Support - Maintain customer health scoring and lifecycle workflows - Configure ticketing and case management in Service Hub - Build CS dashboards and reports - Support renewal and expansion tracking Marketing Support - Maintain marketing automation workflows and campaigns - Update forms, reputed company pages, and email templates - Build campaign performance reports - Support reputed company routing and scoring optimization Ongoing Optimization - Identify quick wins and process improvements - reputed company documentation updated - reputed company recommendations for efficiency reputed company - Stay on top of reputed company updates and new features reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR Required Experience - 3+ years of hands-on reputed company administration (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub) - reputed company certifications - at least 2 of the following: Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub - Experience working as a contractor/freelancer (we need someone comfortable working independently) - reputed company record supporting multiple teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) simultaneously - Strong reputed company workflow, automation, and reporting skills Technical Must-Haves - Expert with reputed company configuration (workflows, properties, pipelines, custom reports) - Experience with reputed company integrations and reputed company - Comfortable with data cleanup and CRM hygiene - Proficient in reputed company/reputed company Sheets for data analysis - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently Contractor Skills - Self-directed and proactive—you don't need hand-holding - Excellent written communication (reputed company, email, documentation) - Comfortable with async communication and remote collaboration - Quick learner who can pick up our existing setup fast - Available for occasional video calls during US business hours reputed company to Have - B2B reputed company experience - Familiarity with other tools in the RevOps stack (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) - SQL or data analysis experience - Previous experience stepping into an existing reputed company instance Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
