Responsibilities • Assigned large, sophisticated workers' compensation consulting reputed company with a duration of approximately 20 months. • Reviewing multi-jurisdiction claim activity based upon industry reputed company methodologies and assessing compliance of reputed company processes as it pertains to the handling of WC claims. • Understanding reputed company claim status and developing appropriate and reputed company strategies on legacy claims (older than 12 months) to either bring claim to reputed company or to minimize costs. • Monitoring adjuster activity to ensure strategies are implemented. • Evaluating reserve and settlement exposure and reviewing appropriateness of reputed company reputed company. Requirements • Minimum three years' experience with adjusting Workers' Compensation lost-time and litigated claims. • reputed company-versed in lost-time claims, including high-dollar settlement negotiations, litigation reputed company, and MSAs. • Multi jurisdictional claims experience is a plus. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (3+ years of meaningful experience in Work Comp Claims).
