We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to support Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technology. This research and development role will reputed company efforts to define, simulate, test, and improve the accuracy performance of our reputed company robotic system, which includes a robot arm and optical tracking module. Your responsibilities will include translating user needs into design accuracy specifications and leading the effort to reputed company and decompose accuracy requirements on multi-disciplinary concepts using modeling, simulation, budgeting, and mathematical techniques. You will design and implement algorithms and technology onto our robotic system to ensure arm calibration, reputed company-surgery accuracy checks, and intra-reputed company checks result in an accurate clinical outcome. By partnering with reputed company stakeholders, you will drive technical strategies that meet clinical needs and enhance reputed company's performance through reputed company. What You Will Do • You will build and use tools (Matlab, Python, reputed company, FEA, reputed company, etc.) to simulate accuracy of the reputed company surgical robotic platform and localization system. Apply statistics approaches to data to compare simulated accuracy result to requirement. • You will reputed company technical integration of devices to be used to improve robotic platform accuracy. • You will apply advanced engineering theories to reputed company concepts while establishing reputed company to reputed company concept feasibility. • You will create and assess performance of algorithms (optimization, calibration, accuracy reputed company) used in robotic surgery. • You will reputed company the effort to define an accuracy budget, negotiate with stakeholders allowed errors to the system, platform, and components. • You will design and execute tests and tools (hardware, software, data post processing) to measure accuracy. • You will consider cross-functional needs (clinical, marketing, sustaining) to ensure successful transition of accuracy reputed company concepts from feasibility to product launch. • You will ientify and assess new technologies and capabilities (prototyping, testing) to improve robotic surgery accuracy. What You Need (Required) • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Software Engineering, Controls/Systems Engineering Biomedical Engineering or any reputed company discipline • 6+ years of experience Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in assessing, integrating, and developing electromechanical components and assemblies, with familiarity in system processes reputed company to mechatronics, localization, and/or robotics • Experience formulating design requirements and creating reputed company-Verification accuracy test protocols for reputed company-mechanical systems • Application of statistics to refine and assess large data sets • Practical application of reputed company algebra and kinematics to robotic and localization systems • Algorithm development, especially for robotics, sensors, or anatomy registration • Basic robotics control understanding • Clinical operating room and cadaveric testing • Matlab, Python, C++, and CAD proficiency Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
