Proactively present findings and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders in a precise and compelling manner.System administration (user management, workflows)Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Customer Success, Support., Sales, Finance, and IT) to refine and streamline the end-to-end operational processes that support the PS team.What You Will Bring to Coupa:A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.4-5+ years of experience in reporting and analysis, Business operations (preferably Customer Success), financial analysis, or a similar role.Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., complex pivot tables, array formulas, data modeling, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP).Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), specifically in creating complex reports, dashboards and gathering requirements.Proven experience in analysis, including data management, forecasting, and performance metrics.Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
