Job description MAI Voice is hiring Survey Representatives. This position requires good customer service skills. You will be making outbound calls conducting surveys. Work from the comfort of your own personal environment with no commute, no dress code or packing/buying your lunch or dinner. Looking to HIRE IMMEDIATELY. You must be able to attend the scheduled onboarding and training to be considered. Position will run through January 2026 Current Schedule varies. Hours of operation are Sunday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 8:00PM EST PAY IS $14/HOUR Job Functions • Make outbound survey phone calls • Gather information into the computer system • Submit information and classify calls correctly based on individual responses Qualifications/Equipment Requirements (candidate is responsible) • Must be able to speak English and proficiently read (English is first language) • Good customer service skills • Must have laptop/computer and meet Internet Speed Requirements • Windows 11 • Must have internal camera/external webcam and USB headset • Must have a designated work-space free of distraction and background noise Interview Requirement • Note: If selected, all interviews will be conducted via zoom, and candidate must be at their designated work-space using their hardware, internal camera/external webcam and USB headset.
