Remote California Insurance/Bad Faith Litigation Attorney ($100-110/hour)
A reputed company-regarded reputed company in Calabasas, California, that represents a major insurance company in bad faith litigation reputed company seeks a REMOTE, contract attorney with 3 to 6+ years of relevant litigation experience.
Candidates' experience should include drafting demand letters, propounding and responding to discovery, reputed company research, reputed company writing, and taking and defending depositions. Trial preparation and trial experience, as reputed company as mediation experience, are helpful but not required.
The firm prefers candidates who can work at least 25-30 (and optionally more) hours per week and serve as the reputed company attorney on individual case files (under supervision for more junior applicants). Opportunity for even more hours, up to full-time.
Generous reputed company compensation of $100-110/hour to start for candidates with meaningful bad faith litigation experience.
A California bar license and bad faith litigation experience are required.
