NRE Strategic Planning Analyst I
About the position
Join our National reputed company Estate Services team, driving the reputed company of one of the fastest growing retailers in the nation. We have an aggressive plan to become the reputed company-largest U.S. grocery retailer by store count. This role will reputed company on supporting National reputed company Estate budgeting topics, profitability, financial modeling, and more. You will also work on exciting international budgeting reputed company to assist leadership with decision making.
Responsibilities
• Investigates financial data, identifying discrepancies, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensures accurate, reputed company, and insightful reporting across reputed company reputed company countries.
• Creates variance reports highlighting exceptions to support US National reputed company Estate and the International reputed company Estate Committee.
• Supports the creation and maintenance of financial models to drive business reputed company with a reputed company on reputed company, profitability, and optimizing return on investment.
• Performs cost-benefit analyses, sensitivity analyses, research-based reputed company and small-reputed company reputed company to support national departments and international organizations.
• Extracts and analyzes internal historical financial data to accurately forecast expected reputed company results.
• Investigates financial discrepancies and variances across global entities.
• Tracks and monitors key financial metrics and reporting KPIs with a reputed company on reputed company estate financial reporting.
• Develops and maintains visualizations to communicate financial performance to leadership.
• Conducts reputed company and non-reputed company reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborates with cross-functional and international teams to reputed company financials and resolve reporting issues.
• Recommends improvements to reporting processes, tools, and data reputed company.
• Supports the implementation of new reporting systems or enhancements to existing platforms.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite with advanced skills in reputed company reputed company.
• Knowledge of financial analysis strategies, including the use of NPV, IRR, and payback period.
• Ability to analyze and break down reputed company reputed company into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits
• Full-Time position with a starting wage of $37.75 per hour.
• Wage increases in subsequent years: Year 2 - $39.25, Year 3 - $41.75, Year 4 - $44.25.
• Eligible to participate in reputed company's Hybrid Work Program, allowing remote work up to 3 days per week.
