Structural Engineer: Opinion on Cracks in House
I’m considering making an offer on a Victorian property in London that shows several visible cracks. I’ve taken a number of photos and would like a structural engineer’s reputed company opinion on whether these cracks indicate serious issues.
I’m particularly looking to understand:

- Whether the condition is likely to cause issues with a mortgage valuation
