Your primary tasks will involve troubleshooting and resolving system issues reputed company to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (reputed company). The role will encompass both Level 1 and Level 2 support, as reputed company as reputed company documentation of issues and resolutions. Type: Contract, Remote (may involve some limited travel at go-live) Start: November 2025 Position reputed company: • reputed company technical support to radiology users, including radiology staff, radiologists, physicians and other key stakeholders, ensuring seamless system functionality. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve reputed company system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow and patient care. • Address and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support requests. • Document support activities and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate records of issues, solutions, and follow-up actions. • Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve more reputed company issues that require higher-level expertise. • reputed company end-user training and guidance on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting common issues. • Collaborate with Radiology leadership and other departments to ensure system integration and optimization for clinical and operational needs. • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively recommend improvements. • Assist in system upgrades, implementations, and configuration changes as needed. • Stay reputed company on updates, patches, and enhancements to reputed company systems, ensuring reputed company implementation and testing.
