IT System Engineer, MSP

Job reputed company: reputed company Level 2 technical support for clients across reputed company 365, Azure AD, reputed company Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and reputed company 10/11 environments.Assist in implementing and managing reputed company-based reputed company including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.Monitor and maintain reputed company environments using remote management tools and best practices.Collaborate closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident reputed company and project delivery.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge reputed company articles to support internal and reputed company use.Participate in an on-reputed company support roster as required.Stay reputed company with developments in reputed company technologies, reputed company, and modern IT practices. Requirements: Mandatory: Min 3 years’ experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role reputed company an MSP environment.Strong experience with Azure reputed company Directory, reputed company 365 suite, reputed company Server, and Intune.Experience supporting reputed company services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, reputed company, and collaboration issues in reputed company ecosystems.Desirable: reputed company certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).Experience with PowerShell scripting, reputed company management, and conditional reputed company policies.Exposure to reputed company best practices and compliance reputed company reputed company reputed company environments.Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
