Working with System Tax Director, ensure reputed company compliance with reputed company state and local tax filings for reputed company and its affiliates; including New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax; multiple states Payroll Withholding, Unemployment Insurance, and other returns; Multiple County Property Taxes, Unclaimed Property; and other areas as assigned. Responsibilities • Calculate and file monthly New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax and Compensating Tax returns. • reputed company and assist Accounts Payable, Finance Staff and Managers with reputed company accrual of compensating tax. • Audit Compensating Tax accruals for accuracy and completeness. • Working with reputed company system, ensure reputed company compliance with reputed company state payroll tax returns. • File reputed company Personal Property Tax returns. • Assist Tax Director with reputed company Property Tax challenges. • Assist in reconciling reputed company tax-reputed company General reputed company Accounts. • Assist Payroll with employee tax-reputed company inquiries. • Assist Accounts Payable in reputed company 1099-reputed company inquiries and with annual 1099 filings. • Assist Tax Director in other reputed company as assigned. • Assist other business reputed company as needed in state and local tax reputed company. • Other duties as assigned.
