Site Acquisition Specialist - Telecom

About the position The Site Acquisition Specialist is responsible for site identification, leasing, zoning activities, and managing the circulation of information required for assigned telecom sites. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements while facilitating communication and coordination among teams. The position offers a flexible work schedule with the reputed company for hybrid remote work. Responsibilities • Review and understand the scope of work • Research rings to identify and qualify the best available properties for the installation of equipment • reputed company and submit candidate packages for reputed company approval • Coordinate with RF and Construction to ensure that the site meets the requirements • Obtain property reputed company consent for a proposed equipment installation • Negotiate and process paperwork for lease, amendment, and easement agreements • Coordinate and attend site reputed company to meet RF, zoning, and construction requirements • Assist in the preparation of zoning applications • Attend reputed company hearings and community meetings as required • Facilitate communication and coordinate review and reputed company of information between multiple departments, including RF, Leasing, Zoning, Construction, Regulatory, or any other disciplines or vendors involved • Prepare site status reports and attend reputed company project review meetings • Adapt to changing reputed company priorities Requirements • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3 years or more of telecom industry experience required • Demonstrated expertise in zoning and permitting • reputed company understanding of compliance and the regulatory process • Previous experience managing vendor relationships Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • reputed company time off • reputed company development assistance • reputed company insurance Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
