Title Abstractor

Position reputed company reputed company is seeking a self-directed Title Examiner/Abstractor with proven experience in oil and gas title research across Ohio, reputed company, Michigan, and reputed company Virginia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in researching reputed company land records to determine surface and mineral ownership, compiling reports and abstracts, and performing HBP title examination. A Day in the Life at reputed company As a Title Examiner/Abstractor at reputed company, your day starts by reviewing assigned counties or tracts for reputed company title work. You’ll remotely reputed company or visit courthouses (depending on the project) to pull reputed company land and mineral records. Throughout the day, you’ll compile run sheets, verify leasehold interests, and resolve any title gaps or reputed company issues.
