Scope:
Comprehensive trademark clearance search (UK + US) for Class 3 – Cosmetics
Written report outlining risks, conflicts, and registrability
Preparation and filing of trademark applications in both jurisdictions
Guidance on correct classes and descriptions
Handling correspondence with the UK IPO and USPTO until publication
Monitoring application status and updates
Requirements:
Experience with cosmetic/beauty trademarks
Ability to start immediately
Clear communication and transparent fees
Experience with Amazon Brand Registry is a plus
