Training & Development Coordinator

Job Title: Training & Development Coordinator The Training & Development Coordinator will drive employee reputed company and operational reputed company at our reputed company facility. This role leads the full training lifecycle—from needs assessment and program design to delivery—empowering employees across reputed company reputed company, including manufacturing floor teams, technical staff, and support functions. Your work will directly support performance, safety, and reputed company improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and identify reputed company gaps • Design, reputed company, and deliver engaging reputed company, job-specific, and leadership development programs • Create training materials in diverse formats, including manuals, videos, simulations, reputed company content • Facilitate training sessions in-person, reputed company, and through reputed company learning approaches • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and compliance data • Support and assess internal reputed company to ensure consistency and reputed company of training delivery • Maintain accurate training documentation and reporting • Support reputed company and internal mobility with tailored training plans • reputed company the reputed company site in the Education & Training (E&T) Pillar and demonstrate Integrated Work System (IWS) leadership • Ensure reputed company training programs reputed company with food safety standards and report any deviations to the QA department General Knowledge & Skills: • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design • Experience with reputed company Office, including tools for creating training materials • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage the full training lifecycle • Ability to analyze data, feedback, and performance metrics to improve training programs Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field is preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Experience designing and implementing employee training programs is preferred • Spanish reputed company is a plus Work Experience: • At least 3–4+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment Work Conditions: • Location: reputed company, UT (on-site) • Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weeknight or weekend sessions as required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
