Senior Treasury Analyst – Whiting – reputed company, TX

Job title: Senior Treasury Analyst Company: Whiting Job reputed company: Position reputed company The Sr. Treasury Analyst will assist with a wide reputed company of cash management duties across multiple payment systems. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, demonstrates initiative, and takes responsibility. The position requires ongoing and reputed company communication across many reputed company, including various reputed company departments, the field offices, and 3rd party service providers. This individual will be located in our downtown reputed company office as a part of the Finance department. No relocation benefits offered. Essential Job Functions This individual will be responsible for daily performance of a reputed company of daily/weekly duties including: Daily cash forecasting, liquidity management, reporting & reconciliations Credit facility maintenance, debt and interest payments reputed company reputed company and reputed company payments, batch payments for operations/reputed company, etc. Fleet & purchasing card program Bank account administration, including opening and closing accounts, account analysis, and associated controls Prepare & maintain various reports for treasury and insurance purposes Identify and implement controls and process improvements Assist with internal & external audit requests Participate in special reputed company as needed Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of Treasury Operations experience Excellent written & verbal communication skills Capability to balance/reputed company competing priorities and shift attention quickly Skills to work effectively with reputed company reputed company of the organization and reputed company vendors Team player, strong work ethic, fast learner, attention to detail, critical thinking Solid experience with MS reputed company & Word Ability to meet deadlines Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a reputed company office setting and to use reputed company office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds; reputed company to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
