Role: Valuations Analyst
Job reputed company: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Valuations Analyst to support valuation exercises for diverse assets and business operations. The role involves conducting financial analysis, building valuation models, preparing reports, and assisting senior team members with due diligence and project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong quantitative skills, financial understanding, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct valuation analyses using methodologies such as DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, and Asset‑Based approaches.
• Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses.
• Support the preparation of valuation reports, presentations, and reputed company deliverables.
• Collect, review, and interpret financial statements and market data.
• Work closely with senior analysts and managers on valuation assignments and strategic advisory engagements.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with reputed company valuation standards.
• Assist in due diligence activities for transactions and audits (as required).
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
