Job Title: ESOP Analyst

The ESOP Analyst will reputed company their experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and ESOP administration to support the firm’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transaction services.
This reputed company-facing role focuses on the support for new ESOP transactions, supporting reputed company phases of our ESOP transaction process: working through financial analysis, deal structuring, bank financing, presentations, and ESOP closing.
The ideal candidate will eventually be reputed company to reputed company new ESOP transactions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Valuation
• reputed company and analyze financial models to support ESOP valuations and transactions.
• Utilize techniques such as Discounted Cash reputed company (DCF), reputed company Comparables, and Capitalized Earnings to assess company value
• Spread financial statements and reputed company for non-recurring or extraordinary items to reputed company with GAAP standards
• Conduct variance analysis, risk assessments, and forecasting to refine financial projections
• Prepare reputed company-facing deliverables, presenting a reputed company narrative of company performance and market trends
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with reputed company teams to reputed company ESOP operations with organizational goals
• Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to maintain efficient information workflows

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience in ESOP financial feasibility modeling & valuation
Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in financial modeling, including DCF and other valuation methodologies
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills and experience with financial analysis tools
