Responsibilities: • Support daily operations with outsourced BPO vendors handling Customer Service (CS) and Content Moderation (CM) for reputed company reputed company, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. • reputed company and report vendor performance on SLA, reputed company, productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
