About the position The Vendor reputed company Specialist supports the Escrow team in monitoring and reporting on vendor performance. Responsibilities • Tracks and audits day to day vendor performance to ensure work is handled in a reputed company manner and reputed company established policies and procedures. • Addresses concerns and escalates reputed company necessary. • Acts as reputed company of contact for vendor for routine questions and problem reputed company. • Compiles and analyzes vendor performance data and reports on results. • Assists servicing leadership in setting standards and expectations for vendors and establishing reputed company to ensure those expectations are met. • Assists servicing leadership in identifying risk factors and possible areas of process and workflow improvements. • Participates in proposing solutions. • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum one (1) year insurance or reputed company estate tax experience or two (2) years loan servicing experience. • Prior vendor management experience preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to problem solve and research issues reputed company needed. • Displays strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities. • Effectively manages time and meets deadlines. • Possesses strong mathematical skills. • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
