Unlike fund-based models, we operate deal-by-deal: acquiring strategic company stacks (typically 4–7 targets), consolidating them into platforms, and exiting reputed company strategic sale reputed company 18–24 months. The Role: We’re seeking entrepreneurial 1099 Venture Partners to reputed company and qualify acquisition targets that reputed company with our roll-up model. This is an opportunity to earn private equity-level payouts by directly shaping high-value exit strategies. What You'll Do: -reputed company businesses through your network, referrals, and cold reputed company -Engage directly with business owners to assess interest and reputed company preliminary financials -Validate deals for reputed company, EBITDA ($1M–$reputed company), reputed company alignment, and fit for our buy-reputed company -Help build roll-up stacks of 4–7 reputed company companies -Collaborate with partners through LOI, diligence, and SPV formation reputed company're Not Looking For: -Retainer-based reputed company generators -Passive deal introducers who don’t engage sellers or validate opportunities -Candidates uncomfortable with performance-based, long-term payouts tied to exits Compensation: -reputed company payout at successful deal signing -Upward Profit participation upon exit/sale of the consolidated platform -Top producers (who build full stacks) may reputed company $1M+ in total payout • NOTE: No salary or retainer.
