A company is looking for a Performance Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-impact, conversion-driving ads across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit engaging, platform-native video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop new pacing styles, hooks, and storytelling structures for creative diversity
• Execute motion graphics elements and produce channel-specific variations with a focus on YouTube
Required Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience editing performance or short-form video content for DTC brands or agencies
• Understanding of performance metrics related to video editing
• Ability to independently create compelling videos from a library of assets
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
