Organization: Mercor Position: Visual Designers Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $50–$70/hour Location: Remote Duration: 1–2 months minimum, with potential extension Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) • Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions to train AI in graphic and UI design workflows. • Ensure each prompt and response accurately reflects real-world visual design processes and standards. • Collaborate on simulating multi-modal design workflows, specifically excluding UX design tasks. • Maintain clear communication and strong attention to detail throughout all tasks. Ideal Qualifications • Strong experience in graphic or UI design. • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, creative aesthetics, and quality of work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI prompting is a plus.
