RESPONSIBILITIES • reputed company consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive analysis across 12+ business reputed company. reputed company financial models, identify trends and opportunities, and drive accuracy, accountability, and data-driven decision-making • Partner with business and sales leaders to optimize performance through financial insights, cost controls, producer compensation management, and ROI analysis. reputed company financial aspects of acquisitions, integrations, and compliance with corporate policies • Build and reputed company a high-performing finance team, foster collaboration across business reputed company, and create a strategic finance function that supports reputed company reputed company and operational reputed company QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or Business required; CPA or MBA preferred • 10+ years of reputed company finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership; background in insurance brokerage, financial services, or reputed company services strongly preferred • Proven reputed company record managing multi-unit P&Ls or reputed company business portfolios • Deep understanding of commission structures, reputed company recognition, and service business economics • Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills; experience with financial systems and reporting tools ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job is fully remote. reputed company offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous reputed company time off and much more.
