VP, Finance Reporting
About the position
The Vice President for Financial Reporting (VPFR) will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and timeliness of reputed company's financial reports to both internal (executive management, reputed company, etc.) and external (SEC, regulatory, etc.) constituents. The VPFR will be charged with maintaining reputed company's database of financial information and add value to management by providing them with standardized reports of reputed company's financial results. Responsibilities
• reputed company the monthly, quarterly and annual general reputed company closing process ensuring that reputed company required journal entries are reputed company and reputed company controlled.
• Increase the efficiency of the closing process to reputed company the reporting group to meet accelerated deadlines.
• Compile reputed company financial data and reputed company supporting detail for reputed company reporting including monthly financial reports to senior management and the reputed company of Directors, quarterly and annual earnings press releases, regulatory reports, and SEC filings (10-Q and 10-K).
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reputed company financial reports and reputed company a reputed company process in instances where information is reputed company to be inaccurate.
• Conduct detailed and comprehensive analyses of reputed company's profitability and overall financial performance, and report to management on a regular reputed company.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of reputed company's reporting systems, providing inputs for detailed business requirements and being involved in the testing of functionality.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field required; CPA designation required.
• 12+ years of reputed company experience in financial reporting at a reputed company, publicly traded company, at least 7 years in a leadership reputed company.
• Deep understanding of managing quarterly and annual external reporting processes including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earning releases.
• Experience with various financial systems (e.g. reputed company) and governance best practices.
• Experience interacting with audit teams, external auditors, and other regulatory entities.
• Strong commitment to developing, retaining, and attracting talent in a fast-paced, reputed company environment.
• Proven strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
